At Popaella, we cater a wide variety of events — from weddings and birthdays to corporate gatherings, private parties, and family celebrations. No matter the size of your event, we bring the flavor of authentic paella to any special occasion.
We don’t have a strict minimum or maximum. The bigger the event, the better we can adjust the budget to offer the best value. We’re ready to serve anything from small gatherings to large-scale events. Nothing scares us!
We offer a wide range of paellas, including seafood, mixed, meat, vegetarian, and fideuà. All dishes can be customized based on your preferences or dietary needs — gluten-free, seafood-free, and more.
The easiest way to book is by sending us a WhatsApp. We also take phone calls. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons, as our calendar fills up fast. Don’t miss out on your paella!
Yes, we take care of everything. We bring our own cooking gear: paella pans, burners, utensils — and all that’s needed to serve. We also provide plates and cutlery. Any leftovers? You can take them home in our containers!
Absolutely. We accommodate allergies, intolerances, and special diets. Just let us know your needs and we’ll make it work. We’re here to help!
Prep time depends on the size of the paella and number of guests, but typically takes between 1.5 and 2 hours. We’ll coordinate with you so everything is ready right on time.
Our specialty is paella, but we can provide appetizers and drinks if needed. Just ask and we’ll explore how to complete your menu.
Plans change — we get it. If you need to adjust the number of guests, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We’ll adapt the quantities and pricing accordingly.
