Price per person
The bigger the event, the lower the price. VAT included, with our most affordable paella, including live cooking, set-up, service and compostable plates, cutlery and napkins.
Under 160 people: from €16.50 per person with 80 to €8.80 with 150. Transport is calculated according to the distance.
Community lunches and dinners: how it works
Tickets and queues
Your organisation collects the tickets. For bigger events we ask for a couple of volunteers to organise the queues.
300 people in half an hour
We serve about ten people a minute and in stages, so the rice reaches everyone hot.
Space and set-up
4 to 6 paella pans at once and between 6 by 6 and 9 by 6 metres for 1,000 people. We cook with gas and, for big events, set up the day before.
Questions from festival committees and associations
No. We work with a fixed quote for the whole event, and the organisation manages the tickets.
80 people. For a community lunch or dinner, from 160 people the price drops to €8.36 per person.
We leave containers and bags so it can be taken home. Nothing goes to waste.
Ideally two weeks before; for a festa major, the earlier the better, because summer dates fill up fast.
